Digital Notebooks must be uploaded onto team accounts by February 10th by 4pm for Judging. 

Concessions will be avalible.

Teams need to pay within 2 weeks of registering.  Teams that have not paid 2 weeks after registering may be moved to the waitlist.  Payment at that point will add your team to the event if there is space.  If you have paid and are still on the waitlist please email [email protected]

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

There will be one ref at each field.  Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.

All teams are asked to ensure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

There will be no refunds due to bad weather.  Every attempt will be made to reschedule either live or virtually if a cancellation is required.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks must be uploaded by 4:00pm Monday, February 10th.
