Refund and Payment Policies
Refund and Payment Policies
Team payment is due by November 5, 2024. Any team unpaid by payment due date will be removed from the registered team list without notification and their spot will be offered to a team on the waitlist.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We are unable to offer refunds to teams that have completed payment. In the event the EP Needs to cancel this event after payment has been made, that money can be applied to a future MMS event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We are unable to offer refunds for this event. Because of this, teams should wait to make payment until they are certain they can and want to attend while being mindful of the payment due date. Any team unpaid by payment due date will be removed from the registered team list without notification.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
