There will be one ref at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.
All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There will be no refunds due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule if a cancellation is required.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.
If payment is not received prior to the November 14, 2024 deadline, your team will be moved to the waiting list.

Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event.
Electronic Engineering notebooks must be uploaded to Robot Events no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13.
