General Info

Thank you for registering for St Martin Jackets STEAM Team Rapic Relay Mixed  Tournament. Please ensure that your teams have paid for the event prior to Oct 7, 2024.

Please have your teams upload their notebooks by Oct 14 so they can be reviewed prior to the competition.

Ensure that all team members and mentors have completed release forms prior to the event. It is preferred that you post them online through the following link  The advantage to this is it is one and done. Once entered, it is there for the season.

There will be no lunch break. We will have lunch and snack items available for purchase through our concesssion stand throughout the day.

VEX Competitions depend on volunteers.

Also, please consider completing the Judge Advocate and Head Referee training. You will be assigned a certificate upon successful completion of the courses.

Refund and Payment Policies

Registration fees will be reimbursed if the Event Partner cancells the competition.

There will be no refunds for event registered teams if the Mentor or Coach cancel after registration.


Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebook submission date is October 14, 2024. Notebooks submitted after this date will not be accepted.
