This will be an in person tournament with judging.
We will be in our school gym, both for the competition and the pit area.
All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form. (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Agenda
7:30 - 8:00 Doors open, registration, and inspection
8:15 Opening remarks, driver meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over. Get your rounds in early!
8:30 Qualification/skills matches start.
11:30 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 2:00 Qualification Matches
2:15 - 2:45 Finals Matches, immediately followed by awards
(Actual times may be earlier or later as adjusted LIVE based on actual gameplay time and situational needs)

We are not open to outside volunteers at this time.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather we will make the cancelation decsision 'Day of' and will reach out as soon as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refunds from Harmony Science Academy.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds from Harmony Science Academy Garland, we will attempt to reschedule the event to a later date.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
