Welcome to the Crown Point Winter Competition "Full Volume"!

This is an ES event at Col. Wheeler Middle School gymnasium. 

We will have a fully stocked concession stand as well

The is an invitational.  Teams must register in the Waiting List tab to be considered for this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Registration fees will not be refunded if teams do not cancel at least two weeks prior to the tournament. 

All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the competition. Refunds will not be issued to teams who arrive after competition rounds have begun. 

In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to inclement weather or a credit for entries into a future event will be offered to all paid teams.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

All refunds will reissue (not including fees) or a raincheck will be issue for a future competition.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be issue back if the withdrawl is 2 weeks before a competition.(not including fees). 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
