BrandywineBOTS is excited to host the FULL VOLUME DelMarVa Region Championship - a qualifier for the VEX ROBOTICS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!

The notebook link submission deadline is Monday, February 19th at 6:00PM.

**Judge volunteer are still needed. If you would like to volunteer to be a judge at the event, please email [email protected]**

 

Note: Teams will qualify into this event via judges awards at DelMarVa region qualifying events.  Remaining spots will go to teams based on skills scores until the event is filled. The event in which a team posts a skills score can be in any region. This means that all teams must have competed at a previous qualifying event in order to qualify for the championship event. More information can be found in the Qualifying Criteria document.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If an emergency or bad weather occurs, we try our best to notify teams no later than the end of the school day the Friday prior to the event.  

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event registration fees will be refunded, less the $5 due to RECF. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend there will be no refunds issued - please plan wisely!

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

The notebook link submission deadline is Monday, February 19th at 6:00PM.
