General Info

The Fantasy 32 PreBowl Games may be modified if necessary depending on current Utah Health Department recommendations. 

We ask that one coach per team and one parent per player attend.  Only coaches and team members will be allowed at team tables.  There will be limited seating for spectators. 

Lunch options (pizza or nachos) and snacks will be for sale.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

  • 1:00 pm - Drivers meeting
  • 1:00 - 4:00 pm - Tournament play begins - Qualifying matches
  • 1:00 - 4:00 Skillls Field open
  • 1:00 - 4:00 Judging
  • 4:00 p.m Finals, Teamwork Challenges (six alliances)
  • 4:30 p.m - Awards
  • Each team wil be allowed 3 attempts for Driving Skills and 3 attempts for Autonomous Skills

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event the tournament must be cancelled due to weather, a full refund minus $5/team (non-refundable site fee) will be issued.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event a full refund minus $5/team (non-refundable site fee) will be issued.  

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend a refund will not be issued.

 

Health and Safety Policies

We will follow any Utah State and Weber School District health recommendations at the time of our event.

Event will be a live event.  At this time there are no plans to cast event.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
