Please submit your digital Engineering Notebooks by Thursday January 4th @ 4PM. ("My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.) Team interviews will be in-person on the day of the event.

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

4:30 pm - 4:50 pm Finals Matches (Top 16 teams/8 alliances)
4:50 pm - 5:00 pm Awards
1:15 pm - 4:20 pm Skills Challenges*/Judging**
* Each team will be allowed 3 skills runs for both Driver Skills and Autonomous Skills.
** Judging will include judging for the Excellence Award, Design Award, and Judges Award.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency, all registered team coaches will be contacted.
Please stay home if weather conditions make travel dangerous.
We will do our best reschedule/refund.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee OR an 'In-Store' credit will be issued to the registered team(s) to be used for any event during the rest of this competition season.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Event payment is due by: Friday, December 8, 2023. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist.

Please enter through the front doors. The event will be held in the gym.
Parking
The main parking lot is in front of the school. Additional parking is available on the west and north sides of the school.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks should be submitted by Thursday January 4th @ 4PM.
