General Info
This blended event will take place at the Pronghorn Center, located at 3807 College Drive, Gillette, WY. Parking is easily available near the High Plains Grill. If you park in the lots for the college dorms, you may be towed! To find the parking lot, turn on Slate Dr. or travel through the Rec Center parking lot to the south side of the Pronghorn Center. Doors will open at 8:00 AM.
All participants should have their Consent Forms completed. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the entire team.
All teams should plan to pack lunches and snacks as concessions will not be available. There are drink machines on the premises. Fast food is easily accessible within minutes from the college, and there are delivery options. It is expected that teams will clean up after themselves.
All children must be supervised/chaperoned by an adult. Spectators are welcome, and should plan to sit the in the bleachers on the south side of the building.

All volunteers should plan to check in at 9:00 AM with Ellen Peterson to receive their assignments.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, we we follow the policy of Gillette Community College. If it is possible to reschedule the event, it will be rescheduled. If we are unable reschedule, this event will be cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will not be issued should this tournament not be able to be rescheduled.
Health and Safety Policies
We will follow the policies put in place by Gillette College.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
