General Info
Marion County 4-H welcomes you to Butte Creek Elementary School for Bring your Bot VIQC Tournament.
Judging Format: Notebooks are reviewed digitally and must be submitted online at https://www.robotevents.com no later than Friday, December 1 at 5:00 pm.
In-Person Judging interviews will take place at the tournament.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, every effort will be made to either keep the event on the same day with an adjusted schedule. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the nature of costs associated with planning and hosting events, we are unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event.
If for some reason we need to cancel the event, teams would recieve a refund.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. LInks must be available by December 1, 2023, by 5pm to be considered.
