General Info

Concessions will be available the day of the tournament. Cash Only will be accepted. 

Jack Frost will be present at our tournament so the person with the best hat and scarf will receive a prize.

1:15 pm - 4:20 pm Skills Challenges*/Judging**

* Each team will be allowed 3 skills runs for both Driver Skills and Autonomous Skills. 

** Judging will include judging for the Excellence Award, Design Award, and Judges Award.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the weather is bad, please stay home. We will re-schedule.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given minus the $5 non-refundable Robot Events fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include no refund given.

Event payment is due on 12/14/2024. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist. 

Judging Format

Digitial Engineering Notebook Submission/ In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submissions are due on Friday,November 24, 2023.
