General Info

Welcome to the Blue Devil VEX IQ Elementary Full Volume Tournament.  We will host the event in the gym.  Skills Challenges will be offered.  Judging will NOT be offered.   Participation and Consent Forms  must be completed for all participants and turned in during check-in, or uploaded online. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in if forms were not completed online.  Registration will start at 8:30AM and close at 9:00AM.  Teams not checked in by that time will be removed from the event and not included in the match list.  All payments MUST be made in advance.  In the event of a registration 2 weeks or less before the competition, please contact the Event Partner do discuss payment if there are concerns.  Concessions will be available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on robotevents.com where I will post updates about event status as needed in the general description.  Please feel free to contact me by phone at 812-878-2888.  Text works better. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, a refund minus the $5 team fee will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend refunds will only be issued in Extreme situations.  Please contact the Event Partner ASAP to discuss.

Refunds if approved will be processed following the event.

Judging Format

  • In-person team interviews conducted at the event.
  • In-person physical copy of engineering notebook turned in at event
