Agenda for the Elevate Tech VEX IQ Tournament #2

8:00am - Doors Open (no entrance prior to 8:00 am)

8:05am - 9:00am - Inspection and team check-in. Teams arriving after this nor having passed inspection will not be allowed to play.

8:30am - 3:00pm - Skills field open

9:05am - Opening Ceremony / Drivers Meeting (Skills paused during Opening Ceremonies/Drivers Meeting)

9:15am - 3pm Qualification rounds

12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch (Food must be consumed outside and in designated areas)

3:00pm - 4:00pm - Finals

4:00pm - 4:30pm - Awards

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.

Judging Format

  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
