Bixby Robotics is excited to host this VEX IQ tournament to be held at Bixby Middle School in Bixby, OK. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates!

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

8:00 am:  Doors open / robot inspection

8:45 am:  Robot Inspection closed - all teams must be present

9:00 am:  Driver's Meeting & Opening Ceremonies

9:20 am:  Practice matches begin / Skills opens

10:00 am:  Qualification matches begin

12:15 pm:  Lunch

1:00 pm:  Qualification matches resume

4:00 pm:  Qualification matches end / Skills closed

4:15 pm:  Teamwork Finals

4:45 pm:  Awards Ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified in the event of inclement weather. 

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds given. In the event of cancellation due to unforseen circumstances, we will reschedule to another date. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
