Volunteer

Volunteers are what make VEX events happen.  Our biggest need for each event are judges, and no experience is needed.  Volunteers receive an event shirt, lunch, and snacks throughout the day.  Contact the James Jobe at [email protected] if you would lke to volunteer. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Refund and Payment Policies

No Refunds.  Registration fees may be transferred to another current season CCISD event.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Merch

Fine Designs will be on hand with custom shirts only available at the event.

Lunches

Concessions and lunches are being offered for the VEX IQ Championship by FRC team Chips 324.  A variety of meal options are only available by pre-order (see below).  Other concessions will be available throughout the day Saturday.
