General Info

San Tan Scorpions are excited to host this VEX IQ  Full Volume tournament to be held at San Tan Elementary School in Gilbert, AZ.   Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates! 

Food and drinks are available for purchase at our concession stand.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund.

$5 RobotEvents fee will not be included in any refunds 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All notebooks should be uploaded no later than noon on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
