Milan Community Schools invite you to compete in this VIQRC Full Volume event. This is a Blended event, so all teams are welcome! It will be held in the Middle School Gym

Any team not paid within two weeks of the event will be transferred to the waitlist.
Concessions will be available all day for lunch and snacks.
Please make sure all participants and coaches have filled out the online participants release form because the REC all teams have submitted the required online form.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Please check your email for Bad Weather cancellation. Refunds will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather. If you are unable to travel, please contact your event partner. Make sure that your day of event information is up-to-date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: then funds will be refunded.
All requests for refunds must be made 4 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 6 weeks following the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: funds will be refunded minus the $5 fee if approved.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline for digital notebooks is Feb 15.
