Volunteer

Our head referee and judge have gone through the necessary qualifications.  All other field referees are volunteers!  Please treat everyone with respect!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, we will notify teams via email.  We will either postpone or cancel the event based on the weather.  Refunds minus $5 for Robot Events will be issued if we cancel the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  refunds minus $5 for Robot Events will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be issued.

Judging Format

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
