General Info
Join the Farmingdale High School and C2C Robotics teams in the first event of the Full Volume season in Southern New York.
Engineering notebooks must be uploaded no later than 3 pm on Wednesday, January 3rd. Notebooks will not be collected at the event. To upload notebooks, log in to Robot Events and go to My Account > Registered Teams. Here you will find the tabs to upload notebooks. Please do a test of the link to ensure that the viewer has permission to view the file.
Please ensure all participants and supervisors have completed the RECF/VEX Release form, also located on Robot Events.
We do not have an alternate date if we must cancel for weather. Please check back for updates.
Teams are welcome to bring spectators and students may eat at their pit tables in our commons. We will update further about food purchase options.
Teams MUST observe the match number sequence (which may be different than the estimated times!) and take responsibilty to be at the field in time for each match (plan for 2 matches ahead of the number printed on the match schedule). We will not wait for missing teams!

Refund and Payment Policies
Refund Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event of severe inclement weather or other emergency resulting in the cancelation of the event the event partner will attempt to reschedule. If the new event date does not work for you then a full refund of the portion of the registration fee received by the event partner will be issued via check.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refund requests for any reason other then event cancellation must be received by December 20, 2023 in writing or email.
Requests received after December 20, 2023 will be contingent upon a new team replacing the withdrawn team. All refunds will be issued via check.

Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted on January 4th and 5th. Teams will have the opportunity to schedule their interview via Google Forms.
Engineering notebooks will be collected digitally; they are due on Wednesday January 3rd by 3pm.
