General Info
Thank you for registering for the Harmony Science Academy-Katy VIQRC Blended ES/MS Tournament.This event is designed to give new and rookie teams opportunities to compete at the elementary and middle school level.

Two teams will be assigned to a pit table.

One skills field will host all of our skills challenges while skills will be offered up until 12 noon.

Lunch will not be available for purchase but pizza & drinks will be available for purchase.

Doors will open at 8am. If you arrive early, please know that we cannot open early nor allow you to enter the building.

We will have one game field that will be playable from the floor. Covered canopy will be available if you bring your field for practice. We apologize that practice field will not be available.

If you have not submitted your event registration fee or made arrangements to pay by February 2nd, 2024, you may be dropped from the event to make room for new teams or waitlisted teams.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All engineering notebook submissions are due on Monday, January 29th, 2024at 11:59 PM CST.
