General Info

We are excited to see the students at our event. Please consider registering your teams for a state qualifying event. Come spend an afternoon of fun and competition.

**Concessions will be available for students to purchase snacks. We will be accepting cards and cash.**

1:15 pm - 4:20 pm Skills Challenges*/Judging**

* Each team will be allowed 3 skills runs for both Driver Skills and Autonomous Skills. 

** Judging will include judging for the Excellence Award, Design Award, and Judges Award.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the weather is bad, please stay home. We will re-schedule.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given minus the $5 non-refundable Robot Events fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include no refund given.

Event payment is due on January 19, 2024. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist.

All district Safety/Health protocol will be followed. 

Judging Format

 

Digitial Engineering Notebook Submission/ In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submissions are due on Friday, January, 27, 2024.
