General Info

Thank you for joining Chesstronics Robotics Roar VEXIQ Competition for this season of Full Volume. 

Notebooks will be accepted in physical form at the competition and evaluated for Design and Excellence Awards. If you have a digital notebook, please print it out. 

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

Due to Space constraint, Audience will be allowed only for the Finals.  Team members only allowed.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

1:45 PM: the doors will open for teams

1:45 PM-3:00 PM: Inspection and skills (2 fields)

3:00 -3:30 PM: Notebooks turn in for judging

3:30 PM: Drivers Meeting 

3:45 PM - 5 PM: Teamwork Matches (2 fields)

5:15-5:45PM: Break(BYOF)  

5:45 PM - 6:30 PM: Teamwork Matches (3 fields)

6:45 PM: Finals and Awards

Remember Murphy's Law - be prepared for anything and bring a great attitude. 

The schedule will be updated depending on how many teams are ready with programming for this competition.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
