Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

IMPORTANT! If your team will be late, you must call the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). If your team is not checked in on time, the match schedule will be run without your team and they cannot compete. The match schedule CANNOT be run after the tournament begins.

8:30 am           Check-In Open, Pits Open, and Inspections Open

9:30 am         Inspection Closes

9:30 am         Opening Ceremony and Drivers Meeting 

10:00 am         Qualification Matches Begin, Skills Field Opens

1:00 pm           30 minute Lunch Break

4:00 pm          Qualification Matches End, Skills Field Closes

4:30 pm          Finals Matches, Final Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather this event may be cancelled.  Teams are advised to watch robotevents.com for weather related updates.   If the tournament must be cancelled or postponed, the name of the tournament will change to cancelled or postponed.  In the event of a cancellation or postponement, teams will be sent additional information via email.  

Refund and Payment Policies

No Refunds will be given if Team cancel the registration after Jan 20, 2024

Judging Format

 Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges electronically. Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

Notebook submission deadline - Jan 20, 2024 - 6 pm EST

Teams will receive an email 2 weeks prior to the event with instructions on how to register for a remote interview, please make sure that the team completes the signup on time.
