Thank you for your interest in our Giant's Robotics Tournament!
If you have any special circumstances for anyone associated with your team, please let us know.
Any team not paid within two weeks of the event will be transferred to the waitlist.
Concessions will be available all day for lunch and snacks. We will be doing group pizza order with more details to come as the event gets closer.
This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Tournament that will offer state spots. There will be no judged awards.

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Volunteer
We welcome volunteers! This is a great oportunity for Wayne Twp. teachers to earn service hours. We also welcome high school and college students volunteer hours for various programs. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Ryan Hendren @ [email protected].
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run. In the event of a cancelled event, we will do our best to reschedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made. Any refund will be minus the $5 team fee.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Your teams will be refunded your full amount minus the $5 team fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If there is a team on the waitlist that can replace you, we will refund your registration fee minus the $5 team fee. If we can't find a team to replace a team that withdraws from the event, we will not be able to process a refund.
