Volunteer

If you'd like to volunteer, please email [email protected] or text 334-750-0217 with your information.

We need scorekeepers, and help with queing (calling teams to the holding block before each match). We will also need judges to help judge notebooks in February.

Thank you for volunteering!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, teams will be notified of cancellation and the league meeting will be moved to the following Thursday.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds will be given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, no refund will be given.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person at the last league meeting in February. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
