General Info

Thank you for registering. 

  • This event will be held in the cafeteria at North Jefferson Middle School. 
  • The doors will open at 8:30 and all teams must be checked in by 9:00pm. Skills will be completed first begining as soon as teams are inspected. Qualification matches are planned to start at 11:00. The event is scheduled to end at 1.
  • We will not have judged awards at this event
  • We will be running 4 Skills boards with 3 driver and 3 programming attempts available
  • We will be running 2 alternating competition fields
  • We do not have a practice field available and limted space for one to be set up
  • Concessions will be available. Information will be sent closer to the tournament with a list of concessions available. No food or drink is allowed in the staging area or the competition space. 
  • All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

We will follow Jefferson County district policy. If school is in session the event will take place.

No refunds will be permitted. 

Our county policy does not allow refunds through third party such as REC.
