We welcome volunteers for our event! If you are intersted in volunteering, please email [email protected]. For those volunteering, a background form will need to be filled-out in advance of the event.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Please check your email for cancellations/delays based on weather. Refunds will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.
In the event of inclement weather, MCS plans to reschedule the event for Saturday, March 9th. If, for some reason, we are unable to commit to the March 9th, refunds will be issued to each registered team minus the $5 registration fee through RobotEvents.
We reseve the right to cancel up to 6 hours prior to the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund will be issued minus the $5 that is used for processing.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
