8:15am - 9:15am - Check-In/Registration/Inspection
Note: All teams must be through inspection by 9:30am
 

8:45am - Welcome, followed by Drivers Meeting

9:45am - 1:30pm - Skills Challenge Fields Open
Note: Skills Challenge lines will close at 1:15pm. Any teams in line at that time will have an opportunity to complete their Skills matches. Each team will be able to run 3 Driver Skills Challenges and 3 Programming Challenges.


9:45am - 12:15pm - Qualification Rounds 

12:15 - 12:45pm - Break for Lunch 

12:45pm - 1:30pm - Qualification Rounds 

2:00pm - 3:00pm - Teamwork Challenge Finals and Awards

Notes: 
After digital notebooks have been reviewed, interviewing will begin for Excellence and Design Awards.

In the event of severe weather, coaches will be notified of event status. Updated information will be posted on this event page.

If a registered team is no longer able to attend and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected] at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event.

 

Health and Safety Policies

Please no running in the building.  Spectators, including young children, are always welcome to attend the event but must be supervised by an adult. 

We will follow all Hopkinton Public Schools policies regarding masks.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline for notebooks is Friday Dec. 8 by 7:00pm.
