General Info
This blended event will take place at Sage Valley Junior High school.
All participants should have their Consent Forms completed.
We wil have a 1 hour lunch break at Noon.
All children must be supervised/chaperoned by an adult. Spectators are welcome and we have lots of seating.

Volunteers are welcomed and appreciated! If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please contact Kyle Posten, Computer Science Teacher @ Sage Valley Junior high at 307-534-6184.
All volunteers should plan to check in at 8:30AM with Kyle Posten to receive their assignments.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, we we follow the policy of Campbell County School District. If it is possible to reschedule the event, it will be rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will not be issued should this tournament not be able to be rescheduled.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
