General Info
Team 99553 is hosting the Trailblazer Trial VEX IQ Full Volume tournament held at Aurelia M. Cole Academy in Clermont, FL. The tournament is an Middle School tournament only. Specific award winners will qualify for the State championship. This event will include a teamwork championship and skills challenge. We are also hosting Elementary Schools that day, so we may have to combine the events if registration is low.
Digital Notebooks must be uploaded onto team accounts by January 6th for Judging.
Concessions will be avalible.

There will be one referee at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.
All teams are asked to ensure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There will be no refunds due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule either live or virtually if a cancellation is required.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.
Health and Safety Policies
- Only the team members and one adult, in addition to the team coach, is allowed at the table at any time during the event.
- Skills runs will be scheduled prior to alliance matches.
- Masks may be worn.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
