This is a blended VEX IQ tournament. If we have enough Middle and Elementary teams attend we will be able to give an elementary excellence and a middle school excellence award.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will reschedule the event. No refunds can be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds can be given
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. Notebook links should be posted no later than Friday, January 12 at noon.
