General Info

This event is hosted by Rolling Robots Outreach, a non-profit organization which is a creative space and helps spark interest in the world of robotics and inovations for students 5 years old to 18 years old. All proceeds from this event are used to sustain the Rolling Robtos Outreach program. 

This event will have skills tournament and live judging.

We hope to have some practice fields for teams but if you need a field please bring your own and we will do our best to fit as many as practice fields we can. 

Looking forward to hosting VEXIQ Teams at our facility again and good luck to every team this season.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Only in extreme circumstances will this event be canceled due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this circumstance, refunds will be made available minus any potential costs charged by the RobotEvents.com website.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be made available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus any potential costs charged by the RobotEvents.com website.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refunds avaialable upon registering and paying for an event. Only SWAP option avialable for teams registered and paid. 

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
