General Info

The Cortina Robots Club is excited to host this VEX IQ  Full Volume tournament to be held at Cortina Elementary School in Queen Creek, AZ.   Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates! 

Food and drinks are available for purchase at our concession stand.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 1:00 PM.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All indoor event, not applicable.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment deadline is January 19, 2024

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund - $5 RobotEvents fee will not be included in any refunds 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund
