Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking. Our dedicated team of organizers and volunteers is here to ensure that your experience is nothing short of exceptional.

During the event, we will have breakfast and lunch options available for purchase. We kindly request that you ensure you have cash readily available to facilitate your transactions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- Practice Fields: We are delighted to provide dedicated practice fields, where your team can fine-tune their robots and strategies to perfection. It's your chance to prepare and shine!
- Competition: Get ready for the excitement! The driver-based competition will be in full swing, simultaneously on two fields. Your team will have an assigned Pit Area to call your own.
- Prepare for Success: To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend bringing extra robot pieces, including batteries, to be well-prepared for any unforeseen circumstances. Let's make this event extraordinary together!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All Team Coaches will be contacted via e-mail & cellphones for Updates regarding Emergency/ Bad Weather that can potentially affect Competition.
Refund and Payment Policies
- If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will issue all teams a refund after we receive payment from robot events minus the $5.00 processing fee.
- If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds given up to two weeks prior to event. If you require a refund please contact the Event Partner by December, 30 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Parking: Parking spaces for the event are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage all attendees to arrive early to secure a parking spot.
- Buses: If you are arriving by bus, please note that buses can park on-site as long as the driver remains inside the vehicle. This allows for efficient use of our parking facilities while ensuring the safety and convenience of all attendees. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to hosting you at our event.
- Subway: Due to traffic and constant subway changes, teams must give themselves ample time to please arrive by 7:30 AM since, we will be starting at 7:30AM.

From Manhattan (North of the Bronx):
1. Take the FDR Drive North.
2. Continue onto the Harlem River Drive.
3. Merge onto the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) North.
4. Take Exit 3 toward Lincoln Ave.
5. Merge onto E 138th St/Lincoln Ave.
6. Continue to follow Lincoln Ave.
7. Turn left onto Bruckner Blvd.

From Queens (East of the Bronx):
1. Take I-278 W toward Bronx/Queens.
2. Merge onto the Bronx River Pkwy North.

5. Turn right onto Bruckner Blvd.

From Brooklyn (South of the Bronx):
1. Take I-278 E/Brooklyn-Queens Expressway toward I-478 N/Staten Island.
2. Merge onto I-478 N.
3. Take Exit 26 toward Hugh L. Carey Tunnel/Battery Tunnel.
4. Merge onto NY-9A N.
5. Take the exit toward I-87 N.
6. Merge onto Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) N.
7. Take Exit 3 toward Lincoln Ave.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
