General Info

Please be advised that persons aged 18 and over entering the school building MUST show proof of vaccination due to NYC DOE regulations.  Students younger than age 18 are not required to show proof of vaccinations.

Masks will NOT be mandated for this event.

We will be offering skills (both driver and programming). There will be snacks, food (pizza) and drinks available at the event so please bring some money along if you wish to purchase something.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refund Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

In the event of severe inclement weather or other emergency resulting in the cancelation of the event the event partner will attempt to reschedule.  If the new event date does not work for you then a full refund of the portion of the registration fee received by the event partner will be issued via check.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refund requests for any reason other then event cancellation must be received by December 20, 2023 in writing or email.
Requests received after December 20, 2023 will be contingent upon a new team replacing the withdrawn team.  All refunds will be issued via check.

Judging Format

Notebooks will be collected digitally and are due on Wednesday January 17th by 5pm. Initial interviews will be done remotely; second interviews as needed will be done in-person.
