General Info
We are excited about the opportunity to host the 3rd Annual Cass County Invitational League. We will run 2 teamwork fields and have 2 skills fields available.
This League is for teams located in Cass County Indiana. Included schools are Caston, Pioneer, Logansport, and Lewis Cass. For teams that are eligible to participate, please join the waitlist, and I will add you to the event's team list.
We will be awarding: Teamwork Champions, Skills Champion and a Sportsmanship Award.
The Sportsmanship Award will be voted on by participating team members and coaches.
All sessions this year will be hosted at Caston.
This year's sessions will be held on the following dates:
The first 2 sessions will be located in the Cafeteria. Pits will be in the cafeteria as well. There are no bleachers in the cafeteria, but there will be chairs available. Skills and teamwork matches will be located in the cafeteria. The first 2 sessions will start at 5:00pm.

The last 2 sessions will be located in the HS gym. Pits will be located in the cafeteria. Since both sessions in the gym are on a Friday, they will start at 6:00pm.

We will have a concessions stand available at all League sessions.
More details reguarding arrival times, which door to enter, etc, will be emailed out to coaches closer to league dates.
All payments must be received by Friday, December 1st. If your payment is not received by this date, your team will be moved to the waitlist.
Please make sure all Participation and Consent Forms are submitted.
All payments must be received in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Although we do not plan on having inclement weather we know we live in Indiana and the weather changes whenever it wants to! Please know that we will do everything in our power to host the competition on the scheduled date. In the event that a session cannot occur please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates will be posted about the event status as needed. An email will also go out to all coaches registered for the League. We will reschedule as soon as possible based on team schedules and facility availability.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued minus the $5 non-refundable fee to the REC Foundation
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be issued on a limited basis. Once a team competes in a single session no refunds will be given. Any refunds will be minus the $5.00 non-refundable fee to the REC Foundation.
Judging Format
There will not be any judging offered at the league.
