General Info
Burnett Creek Robotics will be hosting a VIQRC Blended League in West Lafayette, Indiana. We want to provide a place for area teams to meet and collaborate.
The league consists of three regular Saturday morning sessions, each running approximately two-three hours long, on November 18th, December 16th, and January 20th. During these Sessions, teams will compete in 12-15 qualifying matches. Teams will be ranked throughout the season based on their qualifying matches. The Finals Round will be held on March 2nd.
Robot Skills will be offered at each Session. Each team will be given 3 programming and 3 driving opportunities per Session. Finals night will include awards for Teamwork Champions and Robot Skills Champion.
Event payments are expected when you register and must be completed 1 week prior to event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register. Please contact us if there are considerations to be made.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that school is cancelled on Friday or we are experiencing inclement weather, then the event will be rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be remibursed minus the $5 REC fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If the spot is not filled, then they will not be reimbursed.
