Whitever Elementary school is excited to host this VEX IQ  Full Volume elementary tournament to be held at Whiteriver Elementary school in Whiteriver, AZ in the beautiful White Mountains region.  Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates!

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Bad weather policy:

This event may be cancelled in the case of a severe snow storm for the safety of teams travelling to the event. 

If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the event partner will email/call teams through contact information provided at time of registration. 

Refund and Payment Policies

 

Payment Deadline Policy

  • Payment deadline: December 8th, 2023

Refund Policy

  • If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund
  • If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund
  • $5 RobotEvents fee will not be included in any refunds 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
