Welcome to VIQRC 2023-2024 Full Volume tournament!
In-person judging. Engineering Notebooks should be brought and turned in during robot inspection/check-in.
Where: Advanced Technologies Academy, 1411 Robin St, Las Vegas, NV 89106
The event will take place in the school gym & cafeteria.
Parking will be in the Bus Lot in front of the school. All teams will enter through the front doors & proceed to school cafeteria.
Team Pit will be located in cafeteria at tables with a Practice Field in the center. Skills Field will be on the stage in the cafeteria. Competition Fields & viewing area will be in the school Gym.
NOTE: There will be donuts & coffee on sale in the morning ($1 - $4)
There will be lunch, snacks. sodas & other drinks available for sale in the cafeteria student store. ($1 - $10)

We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner Cancels the event:

Refunds will be given up to the registration deadline. Refunds will be given minus the $5 processing fee connected to the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

The deadline to withdraw for a refund (minus the REC $5 fee) is October 31, 2023
If a team(s) no-shows, no refund will be given.
Reminder: Final Payment deadline is October 31, 2023. Teams not paid by this date will be moved to the Waiting List.
Health and Safety Policies
All participants are responsible for keeping a safe environment. This means:
- Ensure the area is kept clean and tools and robots are not left lying around
- Any food brought by outside sources should be safe to consume.
There are vending machines available in the cafeteria.

REMEMBER:
Formula 1 is in town so certain areas of Downtown will be blocked off.
Please plan your travel ahead of time if you are on the EAST side of town or in HENDERSON.
There is parking in the bus lot that is at the front of the school
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
