Welcome to the Elementary VEX IQ Full Volume State Championship. We look forward to hosting you at Silver Ceek High School In Longmont.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be March 6, 2024.
Refunds will be available up to February 24, 2024, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents Fee.

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be Rescheduled and no refunds will be available.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline:
Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Withdrawing from the tournament? Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
