Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If inclement weather becomes an issue, we will cancel the event and issue all teams a refund after we receive payment from robot events. We may issue a snow date but that has not yet been determined at this time.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  We will issue all teams a refund after we receive payment from robot events minus the $5.00 processing fee. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds given up to two weeks prior to event. If you require a refund please contact the Event Partner by December, 30 2024. 

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
