Thank you for registering for the Falcon Fall Robotics Fest VIQRC Blended Event!
This event is designed to give new and rookie teams opportunities to compete at the elementary and middle school level.
- Two teams will be assigned to a pit table.
- One skills field will host all of our skills runs while skills will be offered throughout the event up until the start of finals.
- We can always use volunteers to help with running our event. Available volunteer positions include: Check-in/Inspection, Referee, Score Keeper, Announcer, Queuing, and Pit Admin assistant. If you or another coach or a parent is willing, please let us know!
- Lunch will not be available for purchase, but there will be a concessions available.

Doors will open at 8am. If you arrive early, please know that we cannot open early nor allow you to enter the building.

We will have two game fields that will be playable from the floor. Due to the limitations of our space, we will not allow teams to bring an additional field for practice.

If you have not submitted your event registration fee or made arrangements to pay by October 16th, you may be dropped from the event to make room for new teams or waitlisted team.

If you are interested in volunteering as a field resetter, scorekeeper, pit admin assistant, or queuing, please contact me directly. As you know, successful events depend on the commitment and availability of volunteers.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.
Please contact me if weather is a concern and please monitor the event status on Robot Events.com Cancellations will be posted there.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All engineering notebook submissions are due on Monday, Oct. 16th at 11:59 PM CST.
