General Info

Welcome to the Mishawaka VIQRC Full Volume ES Tournament.

Each team will tentatively get 8 teamwork matches. Skills will also be offered (3 driving and 3 programming).

Judging: Digital Engineering Notebooks need to be submitted on Robot Events no later than January 3, 2024 to be considered for awards. Interviews will be in person the day of the event.

Please make payment as soon as possible after registration.

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. – Registration/Inspection

9:15 a.m. – Team Meeting in gymnasium

9:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. – Qualification Matches, Judging, Skills

11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. – Lunch

12:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. – Qualification Matches, Judging, Skills

2:00 p.m. – Finals & Awards

3:00 p.m. – Clean up and Safe Travels

We will cancel with as much notice as possible if necessary.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued minus the RECF $5 fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be issued up until the registration deadline of December 22 minus the $5 RECF fee.

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital Engineering notebooks are due by January 3rd to be considered for judged awards.
