General Info
Welcome to the Jingle Bell Jam at Lake Chicot VEX IQ Full Volume Tournament for the 2023 year.
Events will be held at the Lakeside School District STEM Building. This will be the first of the second tournaments held here in Lake Village, AR. All events will feautre skills challenges in the morning and qualification matchesin the afternoon. The estimated time of completion is by 4:30 pm each event day.

Volunteers are welcomed at our events; however we will utilize personnel and of age high school students from the Lakeside School District.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of emergency of weather related concerns that event will be rescheduled.
Weather will be evaluated 24- 48 hours prior to the event to make determinations about rescheduling.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: The event will be rescheduled. There are no refunds for event rescheduling.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds are not offered for withdrawal or cancellation. Please contact the event partnet at [email protected] or [email protected] to discuss this possiblity.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
