General Info

 

PLEASES NOTE THAT THE SESSION ON NOVEMBER 28TH WILL BE POSTPONED TO A FUTURE DATE. 

Our league will meet Five times. Meetings 1-4 will consist of opportunities for skills matches along with Teamwork Challenge matches. Meeting Five will include time for judges to meet with teams and evaluate notebooks.  Meeting five will also include the Teamwork Challenge finals and awards ceremony. 

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

 

All teams will be moved inside to a safe space in case of emergencies and bad weather.

If predicted or actual weather is severe enough for cancellations, coaches will be contacted prior to the scheduled times.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

No refunds after 10/20/23.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds after 10/20/23.

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
