Stargate is pleased to offer enough volunteers that we do not require any attending teams to bring volunteers.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event is cancelled for weather related reasons we will provide a refund to teams, minus the non-refundable $5.00 RobotEvents fee.
Teams will be notified by 5 AM the day of the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams that are not paid by the 13-Jan-2024 payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will provide a refund to teams, minus the non-refundable $5.00 RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There will be no refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital notebooks must be submitted by January 13, 2024.
