Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

8:30 - Check in complete (call EP if you must be late to ensure your team remains on the schedule)
9:00 Inspections complete
9:15 Opening Ceremony and Review of Code of Conduct with Audience and Teams
9:30 Begin Skills and Judged awards interviews (done in the pits)
9:30 - 11:30 Skills matches and Pit interviews for Judges Awards
11:30 - 12:15 Lunch
12:15 Teams begin queing for Alliance Matches
12:30 Teamwork Challenges Begin (6-8 matches per team)
2:30 Teamwork Challenges Conclude
2:45 - 3:00 Finals
3:15 Awards

In case of an emergency or bad weather, primary team contacts will be notified by the Event Partner.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be provided full refunds.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will not be provided.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
