Greetings!

Thank you for supporting our robotics program! We can't wait to make this a great experience for you. We would like to reserve our spots for teams that have not qualified for the State Championships for both Elementary and Middle School divisions.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of increment weather, we will look at schedule and move tournament. If not possible, we will cancel. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the $5 administration fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be issued. 

 

Judging Format

 

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
