General Info

This is for Crown Point VEX IQ Teams Only (Please join the waitlist, if interested)

All league sessions will be on Friday (4:30 PM to 7:00 PM).

Each qualifying session and the finals session will allow all of the teams there to make 3 driver and 3 programming skills attempts.   There will be judging only during the final session.

Teams must compete in one league session to play in the finals, teams who compete in less than 60% of the qualifying matches will be ranked below all the teams who competed in at least 60% of the qualifying matches.

Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

All refunds will reissue (not including robotevents.com fees) or a raincheck will be issue for a future competition.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be issue back if the withdrawl is 2 weeks before a competition.(not including robotevents.com fees). 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges during the final night.
